Homemade sugar scrubs

I have been very busy lately making a variety of handmade items. I have stepped away from paper crafting, which is STILL my passion, and stepped into some pretty awesome personalized gift ideas as well as handmade projects. I will be adding pictures soon.

I have to say that I am more of a visual person as opposed to an actual "BLOGGER" so to speak. I LOVE blog surfing but ONLY to see the nice pictures of craftiness. I wont read much of what the blog has to say however I find that my own blog lacks a bit of personality. In an effort to bulk it up a bit, I will add a bit more content in the way of words.

This last year has been a very difficult one in my personal and buisness life however I am VERY excited for what this next year has to offer. I am excited to announce that I have added a few more team members in my Stampin Up family and My wonderful and awesome "Sister", more on that later, will be joing me in my Three Crafty Monkeys business venture.

Where have you been?

Hello there my fellow bloggers and follwers I have missed you all. Where have i been hiding you ask? Well, I had to take a short break for a bit while I recovered from surgery and delt with some personal family issues. Thankfully all is good now and I am back.
I recently got a new ipod for Mother's day and luckily it has a small camera. NOT at all what I asked for however I am happy with it. I have already taped one video but it was just a simple video. I wont be posting a link however as soon as I figure out how to I will be posting video tutorials here and on my facebook page.

Latelu I have been into making fabric flowers for your hair. SO addicting. I have used my accucut die cutting system as well as Stampin UP's big shot die cutting system. BOTH great tools however I prefer the big shot... LOTS more portable. I dont know how to do links quite yet but I do have a link here on the side bar to order 24/7 from my online stampin up store.
I have also recently opened an ETSY store for my handmade items. Still under-construction but as soon as it is ready I will have a button for that.

Thank you SO much for being patient with me. I am SO excited for what the future holds for me both personally and in my business.

Birthdays

Hello Everyone. I know I have not kept up with the blogging world like I really should but my camera has gone mad and has been un-cooperative lately. I can not take pictures and the quality from my camera phone is not so good. I have LOTS of projects I recently mad and WANT to share but may take a little more time while I figure the technical difficulties.
Yesterday was my birthday and ALL I wanted to do was bury myself in my craft room(the garage) and craft away...... I DID NONE of that. I am saddened by that and I probably wont get in there for another few days. I ahve a class coming up this Thursday March 24th so if you are in the Casa Grande area please join us. I am excited for what is ahead. Have a great day everyone and please stay tuned pictures WILL come soon...lol

Dress it up!

Todays project was a super simple one. I am currently working on some products to show at an event that is coming up and this is what I came up with. I LOVE these boxes, they are actually SO versitile. They can be used as a table favor for a bridal shower, sweet 16, quincenera( traditional mexican sweet 16 celebration at age 15), princess party etc... the list really goes on and on. I recently gave my former co-workers daughter a small bracelet and used this as the gift box.
I hope you like todays project as much as I did making them. I will have plenty more projects to post later this week. Until then.........

MY THERAPY

Hello Everyone, Today started out not so great I will spare you all the details but I will just say that they say GOD will never give us more than we can handle..... I sure wish he wouldn't trust me so much to handle what life gives me. Anyways, I seem to almost ALWAYS find comfort in knowing that I can lose myself in my craft area and the result is always a creative one. I find myself wishing I could make this my full time work but as a single mommy its a bit trickier.
When I bloghop, which is another addiction I have, I almost NEVER read I just like to peruse through the pictures So without further adu here is just one project I created during my therapy session in my craft area today. Hope you like it. I love making these and giving them away as gifts. I got the idea From my Upline Angie Kennedy Juda... I have her link down below on my sidecar, check her out she is SUPER talented.

My new Ad in the local magazine

Hello and thanks again for your patience. I have bee very busy working on new projects and being a mom. I just recieved word that my new ad had just been puplished in the local magazine. I could not be more excited. Here is a picture of the rough draft but I will post a link to the magazine and final draft. If you are not in the Casa Grande area but you know someone who is and are into paper crafting pleaase give them my information. I would LOVE to meet them.
Sad to say that Santa has not yet arrived with my new video camera but I hear it is on its way, so that means Videos are to come just as soon as I can get them up.
